Azerbaijan claims shelling village in conflict zon

During the past 24 hours, the positions of the Azerbaijani Army stationed in the village on the border with Armenia and in the Karabakh conflict zone were shelled for 50 times, the country's Ministry of Defence (MoD) has informed.

"The units of the Armenian Armed Forces, by using large-calibre weapons and sniper rifles, violated the ceasefire in various sections of the frontline for 50 times during the last 24 hours," the website of the Azerbaijani MoD has claimed.

The positions stationed in the village of Geyali and on the nameless heights of the Gadabay District came under fire; the shelling was also delivered from the territories treated as its occupied ones by Azerbaijan.
