In April 2020, two people fell victim to armed conflict in Northern Caucasus

In April 2020, during the armed conflict in Northern Caucasus, two people perished; no information was received about the wounded ones. These are the results of the calculations run by the "Caucasian Knot" based on its own materials and information from open sources.

The statistics cited cannot accurately reflect the number of victims. Not all the data gets into news bulletins. It is not always possible to check how true the statements of law enforcement bodies are; and new data on the events that happened during the reporting period sometimes become known after the publication of statistics on the "Caucasian Knot".

In Dagestan, an alleged member of the armed underground was killed at an attempt to detain him.

In the Stavropol Territory, a suspected militant was killed in a special operation; another one was detained.
