Zemfira Tskaeva accuses judge of protracting trial

Another court session on the case of Tskaev, who died after questioning at Vladikavkaz police, was rescheduled due to the illness of one of defendants' advocates. Vladimir Tskaev's widow has complained that court sessions were postponed for the umpteenth time. She intends to complain about the judge to the Russia's Judicial Board, Zemfira has promised.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that a court in North Ossetia began considering Vladimir Tskaev's case in January 2019. According to the conclusion of the forensic examination, the most probable cause of Tskaev's death was a severe craniocerebral trauma.

The 39-year-old Vladimir Tskaev, an exemplary family man and father of two children, died after interrogation at the Vladikavkaz police station on November 1, 2015. Ten policemen have been accused of involvement in his death. Their colleagues tried to release them, but the rallies and replacement of investigators did not let the case be slowed down.

Let us remind you that the trial reached the stage of interrogating the defendants, but would not start it. The session scheduled for September 7 was postponed due to the illness of Yuri Bagaev, an advocate of the defendant Azamat Tsugkiev.

Zemfira Tskaeva has again expressed her outrage at this fact, noting that she was forced to leave her children and change plans, while arriving at sessions that are disrupted.
