Death toll among Azerbaijani civilians rises to 94
The General Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan has updated the information concerning casualties among the civilian population. Since the beginning of the escalation of the conflict, 94 people have been killed and 414 others have suffered.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 14, one civilian was killed and another was wounded in a mine explosion in the Fizuli District, which came under the control of Azerbaijan. Baku blamed the Armenian armed forces for the incident.
On November14, a combat engineer from the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) was injured in a mine explosion during demining in the Fizuli District. The General Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan associated the incident with the mining of territories by the enemy during the retreat, the "Sputnik Azerbaijan" reported.
During the escalation period, damage was caused to 120 residential buildings, 3410 private houses, and 512 other civilian facilities, the TASS reports.
Let us remind you that on November 15, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) of Nagorno-Karabakh reported about the deaths of 1434 soldiers, and on November 14, Armenia announced the deaths of 2317 soldiers. Since September 27, 49 civilians have been killed, and 157 others have been injured in Nagorno-Karabakh.
