Relatives of law enforcer killed in Chechnya declared blood feud to residents of Ingushetia
Relatives of Magomed Djabrailov the policeman, who was killed in Grozny, have announced a blood feud to relatives of the two natives of Ingushetia, about which they had been warned earlier by Magomed Daudov, Speaker of the Chechen Parliament.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported referring to law enforcers that on December 28, two natives of Ingushetia were killed, when they attacked policemen in Grozny. Magomed Djabrailov, a policeman, perished; his colleague was wounded. Ramzan Kadyrov announced that two militants from Ingushetia who had moved to Chechnya in 2012 were shot dead.
"Timurzievs and Sultygovs, we have a blood feud with you. Not even one of you dared ... to express condolences; you even failed to come to get convinced whether you were guilty or not; therefore, we announce a blood feud to you," says a man in the video posted on the Instagram.
Some commentators expressed their surprise at this statement. According to the user truck_driver_777, Djabrailov's relatives have violated the rules for announcing blood feud. "According to Islam, they have no right to do it, as far as I know. They have the right to kill only the one who had committed the murder," the user has pointed out.
