Social network users dispute about reconciliation prospects of Timurzievs and Djabrailovs
Relatives of the Timurziev brothers should have immediately express their condolences to the family of the deceased policeman, and not voice their doubts out in the video message, some Instagram users believe. Other commentators treat families' reconciliation as a must, since relatives should not respond for actions of members of their teips (family clans).
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on December 28, in Grozny two men were shot dead in an attack on policemen; one of whom, Magomed Djabrailov, died. The attackers were the Timurziev brothers, natives of Ingushetia. Relatives of the deceased policeman declared a blood feud to the brothers' relatives.
The announcement of the blood feud was preceded by a video message posted by Timurzievs and Sultygovs demanding to prove that the killed were terrorists. Later, members of the Timurziev and Sultygov teips posted their second video message, where they admitted they had been wrong and expressed their condolences to the family of the perished policeman.
The topic of the blood feud is actively discussed by social network users.
Commentators, in particular, argue about the actions of Timurziev brothers' relatives and those of the killed policeman. "Everything is correct. Relatives demanded proofs of their guilt; and they were provided with them," the user james_bond_07kbr ha noted.
"They would have done better without first filming these video messages. They had to come, visit the wounded policeman and express their condolences about the perished one," the user havazhi_095 has commented.
The discussion also contains comments that condemn the very announcement of the blood feud. "What kind of Muslims are you, when the perpetrators are dead, and you are hunting for their relatives – what are relatives guilty of?" the user ramazanov_55_ asks.
