Police rule out terror act version in Vladikavkaz
In the place of the explosion in a supermarket in Vladikavkaz, no traces of explosives were found; the version of a terror act is out of question, the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has stated. No casualties were found under the rubble, the North-Ossetian authorities have reported.
On February 12, in Vladikavkaz, an explosion occurred in a supermarket, as a result of which a security guard was wounded. There were no customers there at the moment of the incident.
Policemen found no explosive traces in the place of the accident and ruled out the version of a terror act, said Albert Sabanaev, a deputy chief of the police division for the protection of public order at the North-Ossetian MIA, the "Interfax" reports.
No people were found under the rubble, said Irbek Tomaev, the chairman of the government of North Ossetia.
