Woman from Grozny publicly repents of witchcraft
In the report broadcast by the "Grozny" ChGTRK (Chechen State TV and Radio Broadcasting Company), Zina Dolueva, a resident of Grozny, promised to stop carrying out witchcraft rituals. The woman who had ordered the ritual was also publicly scolded by Adam Elzhurkaev, a theologian.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that since July 2019, Chechnya intensified persecution of residents for practising occultism. The above ChGTRK is regularly issuing reports in which local residents repent of their witchcraft practices.
Another witch, Zina Dolueva, a resident of the Visaitovsky District of Grozny, has been detained in Chechnya, the "Grozny" ChGTRK reported in a story posted at night on February 18 in the company's Instagram page. "The woman believed that she could make people happy," the description to the post says.
The record is accompanied by a video showing two local women – an elderly Zina Dolueva, suspected of providing witchcraft services, and Liana Abdulkhazhieva, who had ordered some ritual for herself. They both stand with their heads bowed.
Then, the video shows footage from a Christian cemetery, into which photos were buried for the love spell ritual. At the end of the video, it was said that Zina Dolueva failed to recollect this ritual, but admitted that it could be, and promised to abandon this practice.
As of 8:20 a.m. Moscow time on February 18, this record in the page of the "Grozny" ChGTRK on the Instagram gained about 65,000 pageviews and 518 comments. Many commentators condemned both the clairvoyant herself and the customer of the ritual.
