Head of Derbent District of Dagestan announces death of his fellow countryman in Ukraine

Rovshan Magomedov, a contract military serviceman from the Derbent District, has perished in Ukraine, the district head has informed. Since the start of the military operation in Ukraine, at least 67 natives of Dagestan have perished there.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that earlier the administration of the Dagestani Botlikh District reported that Magomed Magomedov, a native of the village of Muni, perished in Ukraine.

In the course of the special military operation in Ukraine, Rovshan Magomedov, a resident of the village of Mitagi-Kazmalyar, who served under a contract in the Caspian Flotilla, perished. He has left his wife and three children, Mavsum Ragimov, the head of the Derbent District, has informed. He visited Rovshan's parents and expressed his condolences to them.
