Authorities of Rutul District report about death of a military man in Ukraine

Senior Sergeant Saddam Seiranov perished in Ukraine, the administration of the Rutul District reported. Since the beginning of the special military operation in Ukraine, the information about at least 86 perished natives of Dagestan has been officially confirmed.

The “Caucasian Knot” has reported that Lieutenant Colonel Dibir Dibirov from the village of Tsovkra-2 perished in Ukraine.

Saddam Seiranov, born in 1991, was a native of the village of Shinaz in the Rutul District. He finished school in 2008, then he was drafted into the army, and served in the missile forces. “Since 2019, Saddam Seiranov was serving under a contract in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation as Senior Sergeant,” the administration of the Rutul District reports on its official website.

Senior Sergeant Saddam Seiranov was awarded the Order of Courage posthumously. The man had a daughter and a pregnant wife.
