A torchlight procession was held in Yerevan in memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide in Ottoman Turkey. The marchers burned down the flags of Turkey and Azerbaijan and demanded from Armenian authorities to abandon the policy of territorial concessions.

On April 23, Yerevan hosted the annual torchlight march to the "Tsitsernakaberd" Memorial Complex for Armenian Genocide Victims, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.

According to police estimates, about 12,000 people took part in the march; the organizers claim more than 30,000 marchers.
