Seven natives of North Ossetia perish in Ukraine

Guards Sergeant Atsamaz Djioev, Sergeant Aslan Naifonov, Junior Sergeants Atsamaz Bestaev and Marat Bazrov, and Privates Taimuraz Lazarov, Alexander Popov and Kirill Khalin have perished in Ukraine; the Orders of Courage was handed over to their relatives, the press service of the head and the government of North Ossetia reported on August 31.

Thus, since the start of the military operation in Ukraine, the deaths of at least 85 natives of North Ossetia have been officially confirmed.

The "Caucasian Knot" is running a list of names of natives of the North-Caucasian and Southern Federal Districts (NCFD and SFD), who perished during the military operation. The list is compiled on the basis of the data officially announced by authorities of regions and municipalities.
