Kadyrov announces sending fighters to Ukraine "without bureaucracy and troubles"

Chechnya's special role in sending volunteers to Ukraine is due to the fact that in the republic they get everything they need "without unnecessary bureaucracy and troubles," the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has stated.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 15, the head of Chechnya stated that Russian governors should proactively announce self-mobilization in their regions in order to form detachments and send them to Ukraine.

Another group of volunteers has left Chechnya for the special operation zone in Ukraine, Ramzan Kadyrov informed in his Telegram channel on September 17. Among Russian regions, Chechnya "is in the lead" in mobilizing volunteers, because "here any volunteer can get everything he needs, without unnecessary bureaucracy and troubles," Kadyrov has explained.

At least four governors have already supported the Kadyrov's initiative on self-mobilization in Russian regions, namely, Sergey Aksyonov, the head of the Crimea; Roman Starovoit, the governor of the Kursk Region; Sergey Nosov, the head of the Magadan Region; and Yuri Zaitsev, the head of Mari El Republic.
