Resident of Astrakhan fined for discrediting militaries

Rizabek Kubashev, an Astrakhan resident, was found guilty of discrediting the Russian Armed Forces.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on February 27 it became known that an administrative protocol against Rizabek Kubashev about discrediting the Russian Army was brought to court.

The Enotaevsky District Court of the Astrakhan Region has fined Rizabek Kubashev, the "Kavkaz.Realii"* project reports.

It was also reported that a protocol discrediting the army was drawn up against Alexander Shinkorenko, a resident of Astrakhan.
