Leader of North Ossetia reacts to video of bullying of mobilized man
After a video record depicting bullying of a military man was posted on the Internet, Sergey Menyailo, the leader of North Ossetia, has announced launching a check on the actions of the commander of the military unit in which the people mobilized from the republic serve.
In November 2022, Sergey Menyailo promised to punish the men mobilized from North Ossetia who attacked Russian militaries and a local resident in the Zaporozhye Region. The act of the military men could be caused by insufficient verification during their mobilization, Instagram* users then suggested.
Sergey Menyailo has reported on his Telegram channel about the complaint about bullying of the mobilized men in the unit, where 46 people mobilized from North Ossetia serve. The leader of North Ossetia admits that “under the conditions of performing combat missions, the relations between commanders and fighters are far from being the most delicate.” However, the bullying is unacceptable, emphasizes the leader of the republic.
The video record of the incident, to which Sergey Menyailo reacted, was posted by the “Baza” Telegram channel. In the video, a man kneels and wipes blood from his face. Two men demand from him to explain what he is apologizing for, then insult him, and one of the men kicks him, including in the face.
