Sochi resident states law enforcers' threats because of his pacifist views

Dmitry Yarikov has faced threats from law enforcers after a protocol was drawn up against him on discrediting the Russian Army.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that earlier the court fined Dmitry Yarikov, a resident of Sochi, for discrediting Russian militaries. The reason for drawing up the administrative protocol was in his messages placed in the messenger, which the court considered as discrediting the actions of Russian militaries, as well as in his pacifist comments.

Dmitry Yarikov has left the Krasnodar Territory, explaining this by threats received from law enforcers and fears for his safety. After the court fined him for discrediting the Russian Army, law enforcers detained him again. Dmitry claims that at the local branch of the FSB (Russian Federal Security Service), he was threatened because of his pacifist views, the "Kavkaz.Realii"* project has informed.
