Kadyrov claims terror acts plotted against him

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has accused European and Ukrainian special services of plotting terror acts against him.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that, according to the special services, several assassination attempts were made on Kadyrov. For example, in 2016, it became known about an attempt undertaken in the village of Benoy, where the residence of the head of Chechnya is located. Daniil Martynov, the assistant to Kadyrov for the power bloc, suggested that people who left for the West 10-20 years ago were involved in it.

"There is information that European special services are preparing terror acts against me through Ukrainian ones. If they kill me a thousand times, they still won't convince me. We'll win anyway," Kadyrov has stated on the "Rossiya-1" TV Channel.
