Two Adygea residents suspected of discrediting Russian Army

Yana Tantsura's administrative case has been sent to the Maykop District Court. A protocol has been drawn up under the same article against Sergey Nesterkov, a resident of the Takhtamukai District of Adygea.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 4, 2022, responsibility for discrediting the Russian Armed Forces was introduced. The main danger of the new article is that a repeated violation committed within a year implies already criminal prosecution, lawyers have noted.

The administrative case against Yana Tantsura about discrediting Russian militaries was submitted to the Maykop District Court. Besides, a protocol for discrediting the Russian Army was drawn up against Sergey Nesterkov, a local resident.
