Posting photo with statement about president turns into fine for Krasnodar woman

The court has treated the photo of a bag with an expression about the death of the country's president, posted by a 21-year-old woman from Krasnodar on the Internet, as discrediting Russian militaries and fined her by 30,000 roubles.

According to investigators, the young woman named Aleksandra, a resident of Krasnodar, had discredited Russian militaries by posting, in her social network page, a photo of a bag with an inscription in which the pleasure of sex is compared with the pleasure of the death of the country's president, the "Mediazona"* reports.

Earlier, Alexandra was fined for tattooing a dog wearing a rainbow scarf.

The "Caucasian Knot" has also reported that on July 24, the Abinsk District Court found the comments placed by Mikhail Sanzhakov, a local resident, in the "VKontakte" social network, as discrediting the Russian Army and imposed two fines on him of 40,000 roubles each.

*On September 29, 2021, the Ministry of Justice of Russia included the LLC "ZP" (the legal entity that had established the "Mediazona") into the list of media outlets-foreign agents.
