Kadyrov’s relative awarded Order “For Merit to Fatherland”
Russian President Vladimir Putin has awarded Isa Tumkhadjiev, First Deputy Prime Minister of Chechnya, a relative of the leader of Chechnya, with the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland” of the 4th class.
Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov announced the above awarding on his Telegram channel. He wrote that Isa Tumkhadjiev is “a very talented manager and a recognized specialist.”
Isa Tumkhadjiev is a son of Chechen Minister of Highways Abubakar Tumkhadjiev, the deputy chairman of the republic’s government.
The “Kavkaz.Realii”* claims that Isa Tumkhadjiev is a husband of a female relative of Ramzan Kadyrov.
The “Caucasian Knot” has reported that in August, the President of Russia awarded Aimani Kadyrova, the mother of the leader of Chechnya, with the Order of Honour for her active social work. In September 2022, Ramzan Kadyrov awarded the Medal “100 years of the founding of the Chechen Republic” to his mother and three of his daughters, as well as other relatives and officials.
Almost the entire system of the government in Chechnya is tied personally to Ramzan Kadyrov and people affiliated with him. The leader of Chechnya himself called “goats” and “shaitans” (devils) those residents of Chechnya, who were dissatisfied with the appointments of his relatives.
