Law enforcers unsuccessfully tried three times to fine Tuapse resident for discrediting Russian Army

A Tuapse district court for the third time returned to the police the protocol about discrediting the Russian Army, drawn up against Asker Allolo, a resident of the Tuapse District of the Krasnodar Territory.

The protocol was drawn up against Asker Allolo for posting several pacifist videos in social networks. They appeared in his page back in July 2022, but the protocol was drawn up a year later.

The above district court twice returned the case materials to the police, since they did not provide any proofs of the offense. Besides, it has not been confirmed whether the videos are available for viewing by social network users now. As a result, the case was returned to the police for the third time, the "Kavkaz.Realii"* project has reported.
