Kabardino-Balkarian resident’s case on discrediting Russian Army brought to court again
In Chegem, a court returned to the police an administrative protocol on discrediting the Russian Armed Forces drawn up against Murat Kyagov due to violations.
The first administrative protocol was received by the court on February 7, but it was returned to the police.
According to the case materials, Murat Kyagov posted a video on the Internet discrediting the Russian Army.
The second administrative protocol was submitted to the judge on February 13, and it was accepted.
Earlier, the “Caucasian Knot” has reported that on February 20, in North Ossetia, a court sentenced Makhadi Grigoraschenko, a resident of the Mozdok District, to a fine of 2000 roubles for demonstrating extremist or Nazi symbols, for a slogan in support of Ukraine.
