Defence succeeds in seeking release of person arrested in “Wildberries” case

The court of appeal has released Adam Vedzizhev from administrative punishment. The man was convicted of failure to obey the police after a conflict related to the attempted seizure of the “Wildberries” Company. In the complaint against the arrest, the defence mentioned the Adam Vedzizhev’s health state.

The “Caucasian Knot” has reported that on September 20, the court arrested for 15 days six participants in the conflict. According to the law enforcers’ version, the suspects tried to enter the Sklifosovsky Research Institute of Emergency Care, to where the victims of the conflict near an office of the “Wildberries” Company had been hospitalized. All six suspects were found guilty of failure to obey the law enforcers.

At the complaint lodged by the defence, the Moscow City Court has released Adam Vedzizhev from arrest, the “RIA Novosti” news agency reports. The defence provided a certificate of the Adam Vedzizhev’s health condition and indicated that arrest could not be applied against Groups I and II Invalid disabled people.

Adam Vedzizhev was found guilty of failure to obey a policeman, and he pleaded not guilty, the TASS reported.
