Regional Bureau of representatives for human rights under Chechen Ministry of Justice was established in Shali town
According to the words of the organization's chief Abdula Bachayev, the Bureau is under the legal assistance of the International Public Movement "Consolidation". The main task of this public organization is to gain information on breaches of human rights in the region.
According to human rights activists, people's kidnapping remains the most serious disease of post-war Chechnya. 220 people have been abducted since the beginning of the antiterrorist operation in the Shalinsky region. 6 people were kidnapped in the region only in July.
