Post in social network results in fine imposed on Vladikavkaz resident
A court in Vladikavkaz has fined Arthur Desyatnikov, a local resident, by 30,000 roubles, treating his post placed in a social network as discrediting the Russian Army.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that earlier in Vladikavkaz, law enforcers drew up a protocol against Desyatnikov on discrediting the Russian militaries.
According to investigators, Arthur had placed a post in the “VKontakte” social network criticizing Russian militaries; in court, he refused to plead guilty, but repented of his actions.
The "Caucasian Knot" has also reported that a court in Vladikavkaz had fined Arthur Makoev by 50,000 roubles, treating his comment posted in a social network as discredited the Russian Army.
