Parliament of Azerbaijan will consider new law "About Constitutional Court" in autumn

Milli Majlis, a parliament of Azerbaijan, will consider a new law ?About the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan? during its session in autumn. This was reported by Constitutional Court Chairman Farkhad Abdullayev on Monday.

?This law will regulate the case of constitutional complaints. Thereafter the Constitutional Court will be able to make decisions on personal complaints?, said the head of the Court. The new law will reflect the process of lodging a personal complaint.

As Farkhad Abdullayev marked, in current situation, people who consider the denial of their registration as presidential contenders anticonstitutional can appeal to the courts of general jurisdiction against the decision of the Central Election Commission.
