Kabardino-Balkaria: new recruitment of candidates for jurymen to start on the case about attack on Nalchik

The Supreme Court of Kabardino-Balkaria has made a decision to recruit new candidates for the jury, since as a result of duly motivated withdrawals, today only 6 persons remained out of 145 candidates. The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent has learnt about it from lawyer Rasul Eldzherukaev. The next judicial session will take place on July 18.

Today, the court has also considered the issue of the defendants' freedom restriction measure and decided to extend their custody.

"Today's session had no petitions on facts of defendants' beatings by escort guards," said Rasul Eldzherukaev.
