In Ingushetia, new Evkurov's adviser sets up hotline to have control over power agents

Advocate and human rights activist Musa Pliev, newly-appointed adviser to the new President of Ingushetia Yunusbek Evkurov, plans to start a hotline telephone for people to complain against power agents' actions.

"Quite often they behave in such a way that their action really blow up the situation in the republic," the "Kommersant" quotes Mr Pliev as saying.

He has also mentioned his intention to make the work of law enforcement bodies, as he said, "transparent as much as possible", and his main task is "to make life in Ingushetia safe and calm."

In the near future, Musa Pliev will file an application to the Moscow Bar to have his lawyer's practice suspended since he is now a state servant. However, he will continue to advise the Evloev family and the new advocates who will now represent its interests at court.
