Representatives of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia discuss ways to settle Karabakh conflict

Today, in the course of a tripartite TV bridge Baku-Moscow-Yerevan its participants have discussed the outcomes of the meeting of Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan Serzh Sarkisyan and Ilham Aliev on June 6 in St-Petersburg, and also the ways of settling the Karabakh conflict.

From the Russian party, the event was attended by political scientist Sergey Markedonov and head of the CIS Department of the Russian Institute for Strategic Researches Alexander Skakov. Armenia was represented by director of the "Caucasian Institute" Alexander Iskandaryan and chairman of the National-Democratic Party to Armenia Shavarsh Kocharyan, and Azerbaijan - by Milli Medzhlis Deputy Asim Mollazade, and political scientists Eldar Ismailov and Fikret Sadykhov.

After the Petersburg meeting of the presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia, as the participants of the TV bridged have noted, there were no positive changes towards settling the Karabakh conflict. Moreover, the participants have concluded that negotiations on Karabakh settlement within the OSCE Minsk Group give nothing to the parties thereto.
