Advocates appeal against closure of the "Ingushetia.Ru" website

Authors of the "Ingushetia.Ru" website have lodged a cassation complaint against the ruling of the Kuntsevo District Court of Moscow that prescribes to stop the operation of the Internet resource.

"We haven't received the declarative part of the court ruling yet, but we've already lodged a complaint," said Kaloy Akhilgov, the website's advocate.

The "Interfax" remarks that according to the advocate, the complaint was lodged without waiting for the declarative part of the decision, since courts usually protract to issue it, and it affects the complaining procedure.

"We have experience, with the Kuntsevo Court inclusive, when they delay sending the declarative part of the ruling, and then forge the date, saying that they had issued in to us long ago, and thus the deadline for lodging a complaint has expired. Therefore, we decided to safeguard and lodged the complaint thus early," the advocate has explained.

According to Mr Akhilgov, once the declarative part is obtained, the cassation complaint can be added.
