An explosive neutralized in the capital of Dagestan
A powerful man-made explosive, detected today in the morning in Makhachkala near the building of the Federal Exchequer of Russia for Dagestan was neutralized by blowing up.
Earlier, the tenants of adjacent houses and the employees of the Exchequer were evacuated. The militiamen who stood in the cordon told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that several houses were cordoned, including the building of the Federal Exchequer.
Experts think that the explosive could be planted either by opponents of Saidgusein Magomedov, head of the Department of the Federal Exchequer of Russia for Dagestan or by extremists, as a militia post is nearby.
We remind you that on July 15, from 6 a.m. a regime of counterterrorist operation was introduced in the Derbent District of Dagestan, however, it was cancelled on that very day. Power agents were searching the militants who hid in the woods, but the search was fruitless.
On the night of July 11, a militia patrol car was blown up in the capital of Dagestan. In the explosion a militiamen received contusion.
The "Caucasian Knot" has already informed that on July 9 a special operation was conducted in Derbent, during which two participants of illegal armed formations, a militiaman and a woman - occasional passer-by - were killed, and a child was heavily wounded.
Late at night on July 9, in the Khasavyurt District, near the village of Pokrovskoe, a VAZ-2110 passenger car was blown up that belonged to one of federal power agencies.
On July 5, a militia car was also blown up in Khasavyurt. Two militiamen were wounded.
In Makhachkala, on the night of June 24 unknown persons shelled the car with Colonel Arip Aliev, chief of the Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Buinaksk, in it. The Colonel died in situ.
