Mukhu Aliev: Interior Minister of Dagestan had many enemies
The assassinated Minister of Internal Affairs of Dagestan Adilgerei Magomedtagirov had plenty of enemies: members of illegal armed formations (IAFs) and thousands of criminals. It was reported by President of Dagestan Mukhu Aliev at an emergency sitting of the antiterrorist commission.
In the opinion of Mr Aliev, Minister Magomedtagirov "was a real fighter against the crime; he kept struggling during his all 11 years in the post of the Minister, and in fact for all his life."
In the course of the sitting of the antiterrorist commission its members considered the issues of operative and investigatory actions under the criminal case opened on the murder of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Dagestan and additional measures to ensure safety of heads of law enforcement bodies.
