ICPO: terror act against head of Ingushetia was committed by a psychologically-trained killer
The attempt on President of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Evkurov was committed not by a mentally sick person or drug addict, but by a cool-hearted and cruel killer, confident of his rightness, the operative-investigatory group reports.
The group in charge of the inquiry into the attempt on President of Ingushetia, having analysed the scheme of the crime, managed to restore the whole picture of the terror act quite in detail. "The suicide bomber had carefully planned the last seconds of his life and strictly followed the plan," the "NEWSru.com" quotes operative agents.
The person of the criminal was not identified yet. The Ingush operative agents believe that "it is more important now not to identify the dead shahid but to find the living and working psychologist who had trained him," the "Kommersant" writes.
