Vladikavkaz residents protest against amicable agreement with "Electrozink"
While "Rospotrebnadzor" (Russian Federal Agency for Consumer Supervision) and "Electrozink" Factory are compiling an action plan of improving the ecological situation, someone is tearing off information leaflets stuck in the city by opponents of the enterprise. This was reported by sanitary physician Atsamaz Khadikov, a well-known Vladikavkaz fighter against "Electrozink".
"We stick leaflets to inform townspeople about the effect of heavy metal salts and call them to join us and take part in pickets," he said.
According to his story, the leaflets give telephone numbers of Atsamaz Khadikov, Herman Kulaev and Oksana Zuraeva. "The leaflets are torn off because of our telephone numbers. Someone dislikes it very much," said the doctor.
In the meantime, residents of Vladikavkaz continue holding pickets with a demand to close the "Electrozink", in spite of the fact that the "Rospotrebnadzor" and this metallurgy factory have signed an amicable agreement.
