This public organization headed by Vom-Ali Israilov works to make the lives of more than one and a half thousand Chechens in Bashkorstan a little bit more interesting and diverse. "Bart" closely cooperates with other cultural and social national organizations in Ufa, as well as with the local administration.

The Chechen Cultural and Social Center in Ufa has many good undertakings. The joint celebration of the "Nou Ruz" Festival has become a good tradition; and quite recently members of the Chechen Diaspora led by "Bart" have participated in the celebration of the Republic Day of Bashkorstan. Now the preparations for the Festival of People's Friendship designed for November are under way.

Republican leaders have made the best hall in Ufa available for the event. Artists of national diasporas will take part in the concert of art masters. "Bart" has invited famous artists from Chechnya to participate in the concert.
