Georgian-Russian spy scandal to appear as plot of computer game

The Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) is creating a computer game named "Police", where the main heroes will be policemen, fighting against the crime, including a Russian spy acting in Georgia.

"Typical heroes of computer games are mafiosos and criminals, who kill policemen, break into banks and so on. We decided to change this tradition and make a reverse game, where a policeman is the main hero, who does not kill criminals, but applies law provisions to them," said Vano Merabishvili, Georgian Interior Minister.

The actions in the computer game will take place in real buildings and in real streets of Tbilisi and Batumi. Talking about the plot of the game, Mr Merabishvili has noted that "of course, there will be spies in the game and many more." "In particular, revealing of Russian spies in Georgia will be reflected," the RIA "Novosti" quotes the Minister's speech on air of the "Imedi" Georgian TV Company.

The head of the Georgian MIA has stressed that the game will be "free and original," and expressed confidence that "several millions of people in the world will play this game." In order to promote the game worldwide, it is planned also to make its English-language version.
