Three residents of Kabardino-Balkaria are accused of raping a 14-year-old girl
In Kabardino-Balkaria, investigators have presented charges to three villagers of Nartan, Chegem District, suspected of raping an underage girl.
In total, over 15 persons are suspected of raping the 14-year old girl, who came to Nartan from the Kursk Region. The case has caused a broad resonance in the republic.
"On July 18, investigators of the Chegem Investigatory Division of the ICRF for the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR) presented charges within the criminal case to three residents of the village aged 19-21 under part 1, Article 134 (sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 16) of the Criminal Code," a spokesman of the ICRF for the KBR said today.
According to his story, now the freedom restriction measure for the suspects is defined, the RIA "Novosti" reports.
