Saveliev family complains to Sochi police about falsification of evidence in case of their eviction

In Sochi, Lyudmila Savelieva has filed a complaint to the police about the falsification of evidence in the civil case to evict her family from an empty cottage in the village for the Olympic settlers. The head of the Saveliev family has challenged the act compiled by the commission of the FPI (Federal Public Institution) Road Management Department "Chernomorye", which revealed the fact of unauthorized occupation of the cottage by the Saveliev family members.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on February 23, the Saveliev family members occupied one of the empty houses in the village for the Olympic settlers in Sochi. At the same time, the Saveliev family members sent an appeal to the Russian President and the Mayor of Sochi, in which they asked to grant them the cottage instead of their house demolished in 2011 to clear a space for the construction of the M-27 highway. According to Lyudmila Savelieva, after the demolition of their house, the family of five, including two minors, was not provided with any compensation or housing.

On March 17, the Road Management Department "Chernomorye" filed a claim to evict the Saveliev family members from the house occupied by them in the village for the Olympic settlers in Sochi. On April 17, the court granted the claim and retained the defendants' right to use the house within the period of three months.

On May 13, Lyudmila Savelieva managed to examine the materials of the civil case for the first time after the announcement of the court's decision in the civil case No. 2-1135/15 to evict her family from the cottage. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by Lyudmila Savelieva herself.

According to the woman, the list No. 7 of the case materials presents the act dated February 27, 2015, compiled by four members of the commission, who visited the place and found out that the Saveliev family members illegally occupied the house, which belonged to the Road Management Department "Chernomorye" under the right of operative management.

"There is no confirmation that those people signed the act and that they visited the place at the following address: land plot No. 70, Adler, Sochi," Lyudmila Savelieva has said.

On May 13, after she examined the case materials, Lyudmila Savelieva filed a complaint to the Adler OVD (Interior Division) about the falsification of the case materials committed by the complainant in the case.
