MPs of Karachay-Cherkessia have approved Ruslan Kazanokov for the post of the Prime Minister of the Karachay-Cherkessian Republic (KChR). The decision was made unanimously at the 14th session of the National Assembly of Karachay-Cherkessia held on September 8.
