Family members of Volgograd residents killed in plane crash to receive 2 million roubles

Family members of the residents of the Volgograd Region killed in the plane crash at the Rostov airport will receive 2 million roubles from the reserve fund of the Volgograd Region. Maria Karpenko, a daughter of the deceased Volgograd residents, reports that the authorities provide the family members with all the necessary assistance.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that last night, 62 people were killed in the crash of the Boeing 737-800 of the "FlyDubai" airline, which was on route from Dubai to Rostov-on-Don. 28 victims were residents of Rostov-on-Don. It was also reported that the number of the killed people included 12 foreigners and that one of the seven crew members was a Russian citizen.

Spouses Irina and Nikolai Karpenko were returning home from vacation. The authorities of the Volgograd Region have promised to allocate one million roubles to the family members of the deceased Volgograd residents.

Today, the website of the regional administration has reported that the expenses for organization of the procedure for identification and burial ceremony will be borne by the municipal authorities.

According to Maria Karpenko, a daughter of the deceased spouses from the Volgograd Region, "the authorities provide assistance" and casualties' relatives have no problems.
