Sources report on suicide bombings in Novoselitskoe village

Three suicide bombers blew themselves up near the building of the ROVD (District Interior Division) in the village of Novoselitskoe of the Stavropol Territory. In total, about five explosions occurred. This was reported by sources from the law enforcement bodies.

The fact of the attack on the ROVD for the Novoselitsky District has been confirmed by the Chief Department for the StavropolTerritory of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA). Local media reported that a Mazda car was blown up.

The incident occurred at about 10:40 a.m. Moscow time.

"Three suspected suicide bombers blew themselves up near the ROVD building in the village of Novoselitskoe, a centre of the Novoselitsky District," reports a source from the law enforcement bodies for the StavropolTerritory.

In total, about five explosions were committed near the ROVD building, reports a source from the law enforcement bodies as quoted by the RIA "Novosti". According to the preliminary information, the suicide bombers were killed in the explosions, and one of their accomplices was also killed, notes the source.

According to the MIA's Department for the StavropolTerritory, no civilians or law enforcers fell victim to the explosions in the Novoselitsky District of the StavropolTerritory.
