Power agents name owner of car blown up in Dagestan

The car belonged to Magomed Gadjiev, who earlier was accused of murdering Musa Alaudinov, a coach of the Makhachkala-based club "Gorets” (Highlander), but was acquitted. The remains found in the car could belong to Gadjiev, power agents suggest.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the car was found on August 20 near the Pervomaisk-Sergokala highway in the Kayakent District. According to investigators, there was a bomb in the car, which detonated during transportation.

To identify the remains, a genetic examination is needed, but, according to preliminary data, the car owner, Magomed Gadjiev, acquitted in the case of Alaudinov’s murder, was in the car, the Dagestani Department of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) has reported.

Gadjiev's relatives have confirmed that he had lately used this car, the "Kommersant" writes.

Power agents are considering the version of a revenge murder: Gadjiev was forced into the car, brought to the field near the highway, and the car was blown up, the “Life” writes with reference to law enforcers.

Let us remind you that Alaudinov was associated with the Mayor of Makhachkala Said Amirov, sentenced to life imprisonment in 2015.
