Resident of Dagestan accused of exploding a grenade in Agvali
The case about a grenade explosion in the computer club of the village of Agvali, Tsumadin District of Dagestan, as a result of which two schoolchildren were killed, has been sent to the court.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on April 24, an explosion occurred in the above computer club, where pupils of the local school had their studies. According to investigators, the grenade was found somewhere by children.
According to investigators, the accused Dibir Ziyavdinov, pulled out the military grenade protective check by negligence, and then threw it aside, where it exploded. As a result, two children, born in 2003 and 2007, died; besides, the health of two more people was seriously damaged, said the investigators.
Ziyavdinov is charged under Part 3, Article 109 (causing death by negligence), and Part 1, Article 118 (causing serious harm to one's health by negligence) of the Russian Criminal Code; the case has been sent to the court, the website of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) reports today.
