Dagestan resident complains of power agents’ threats to blow up his house
Power agents planted drugs on Dinmagomed Magomedov, a resident of Dagestan, and demanded to confess of keeping them, threatening to blow up the family's house, his father said. The court ruled to arrest Magomedov.
Kurban Magomedov, a resident of the village of Malaya Areshevka of the Kizlyar District, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that his son Dinmagomed Magomedov, born in 1992, was detained after a search on October 1, in the course of which drugs were planted into Magomedovs’ house.
The father saw Dinmagomed Magomedov for the first time after detention in the Kizlyar District Court, which ruled to arrest him. According to Kurban Magomedov, at the trial Dinmagomed told that after detention, force was applied to him; and he was blackmailed by showing photos of the houses blown up on October 1 in the Kizlyar District. "My son was told that if he refused to confess of the drugs and sign the testimony, the same would be done with our house. They would place explosives there, which can not be neutralized," the detainee's father said.
Elena Denisenko, a lawyer of the Krasnodar Bar Association, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that on October 6 the court ruled to arrest Dinmagomed Magomed until December 3.
