Grozny students complain about enforcement to attend match of "Akhmat" FC

Law enforcers have blocked the road near the "Akhmat Arena" Stadium in Grozny, where a football match will take place. Each university has its own sector at the stadium to be filled in, the students, who have to come to the match for fear of non-admission to the examination session, have reported.

The Chechen Ministry of Sports has informed that tonight the "Akhmat Arena" will host a match of the "Akhmat" FC and "Anji" FC from Makhachkala.

"The attendance is mandatory; those who fail to come were promised not to be admitted to exams and tests, or even to be excluded," the student named Ramzan told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

"The stadium has 30,000 seats; therefore it is very difficult to pack all the stands; therefore every time we are instructed to send a certain number of people to the match," said an employee of one of the state agencies.

Let us remind you that on October 24, a former student from Chechnya told on air of a radio station that the chance of receiving an increased scholarship and the fear of failing at the exams are the main students' motives to attend matches of the "Akhmat" FC.
