Russian girl wins "Junior Eurovision-2017" Song Contest held in Georgia

Polina Bogusevich, a 14-year-old Muscovite, has won the International Song Contest "Junior Eurovision-2017" that was held in Tbilisi. The participant from Georgia took the second place.

Georgia was granted the right to hold the contest after the last year's victory of its participants, Mariam Mamadashvili.

Georgia, Russia, Australia, Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Ireland, Italy, Cyprus, Macedonia, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Serbia and Ukraine took part in the "Junior Eurovision-2017" Song Contest, the "Sputnik Georgia" reports.

Polina Bogusevich, the winner, performed the composition "Wings" and scored 188 points. The second place was taken by Grigol Kipshidze, the participant from Georgia, with 185 points, and the third one – by the Australian Isabella Clark with 172 points, the RIA "Novosti" reports.

Misha, a contester from Armenia, has scored 148 points and took the sixth place, the "News.am" reports.

Let us remind you that participants from Georgia won at the "Junior Eurovision" Song Contest in 2011 held in Armenia, and in 2008 – in Cyprus.
