Militaries of Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenia hold joint exercises

For the first time ever, Nagorno-Karabakh hosted joint exercises of Karabakh and Armenian militaries. They mastered how to react jointly to enemy's penetration into Nagorno-Karabakh.

"Our strategic goal is defence, but a defensive operation also includes offensive and counter-offensive ones; the enemy, who tries to cross the borders of Armenia or Nagorno-Karabakh, will be liquidated. This scenario was trained at the exercises," the "Interfax" quoted Movses Akopyan, the Commander of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, as saying.

Let us note here that Nagorno-Karabakh is regularly blaming Azerbaijan for shelling at the contact line. In their turn, Azerbaijani militaries also state everyday that their positions are shelled. This happens despite the armistice declared after the April 2016 aggravation.
