Azerbaijan accuses Armenia of shelling from mortar launchers and machine guns
The positions of the Azerbaijani army were subjected to shelling in four villages, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD) reported.
In the period from July 12 to July 13, the armed forces of Armenia violated the ceasefire 95 times, using large-calibre machine guns and 60-mm mortar launchers, reports the website of the Azerbaijani MoD.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on July 12, Azerbaijan accused Armenia of using machine guns and registered 101 cases of shelling per day.
On July 7, Nagorno-Karabakh, which regularly reported violations of the ceasefire by the Azerbaijani side, accused Azerbaijan of 155 cases of shelling its positions during a week.
