Conor McGregor calls Ramzan Kadyrov a dictator
Irish fighter Conor McGregor explained his criticism of Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov by the latter's praise of the Chechen leader. According to the Irish athlete, the father of his rival from Dagestan is afraid of Ramzan Kadyrov, of whom Conor McGregor spoke extremely negatively.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in August, Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor McGregor had entered into a dispute before the battle. The Irish athlete called the father and the coach his opponent a coward, while the Dagestani man called Conor McGregor himself a coward. The Irish athlete referred to a post of Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov in Instagram. "Together we are force!" wrote the father of the Dagestani athlete and posted a photo of Ramzan Kadyrov.
"The father (of Khabib Nurmagomedov) posted on Instagram a photo with Ramzan Kadyrov when they visited a mosque. Ramzan Kadyrov is a Chechen dictator, a madman," Conor McGregor said at a press conference in New York. According to the Irish athlete, the father of his rival demonstrates to Ramzan Kadyrov "a fake respect provoked by fear."
"Chechens know that if he (Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov) had a chance (to apply brute force against Ramzan Kadyrov), he would do that right away. But he did nothing. So, he's a shivering coward," said Conor McGregor as quoted by the "Sports.ru".
Let us remind you that the UFC battle between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Irish athlete Conor McGregor is scheduled for October 6. All tickets to the battle were sold out within three minutes.
