Azerbaijan claims machine-gun shelling from Armenian side

Over the past day, the armed forces of Armenia 112 times violated the ceasefire regime in the contact line of the troops and used large-calibre machine guns, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) for Azerbaijan reported.

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 21, Azerbaijan registered 88 cases of shelling on its positions.

The fire came both from the positions in the territory of Armenia and from the areas considered by Azerbaijan as its occupied territories, the Azerbaijani MoD reports on its website.
